The Male Beauty Photos

I've decided to open a new blog where I could post pictures that I take of guys that I deem fit to be considered a part of my "Male Beauty Photo Collection" . It is a new adventure and we all know how awkward it is to take photos of strangers, unless I get the guts to ask them for permission. ;)

I will most likely ask for their permission if I could so I could share their looks on this blog. It will be random but that makes it more exciting. I will also share my collection of photos through the years.

Let's start with the Navy Plebes - shall we? There is nothing more sexier and more beautiful than a male in the armed forces. And let me tell you this - last years plebes are a bunch of beautiful men. Take a look and see.

How was that for beautiful? Male Beauty indeed!

Is it the chest, the abs, or the obliques? You pick.

Fitness is a word being thrown around by so many so-called experts. These are common advices we've seen over and over again.

  1. If you eat four to five times a day, you will more likely have a higher metabolism than the ones who don't.
  2. Don't eat after 6:00 p.m.
  3. Always hydrate yourself. Drink eight glasses of water.
  4. Don't smoke.
  5. Do cardio at least three times a week.
  6. Blah Blah Blah.
I've been there... I've done that. It is never easy to get fit but I heard that whenever you workout, you really don't see the results until a week and a half has passed. There are many of us who quit before that because we don't see the results right away. If you stay with your regimen a little longer ( a few more days ), you would see the results and it will get you motivated.

I believe that the secret to getting back into shape is consistency. If you can be consistent for two weeks straight, you are more likely to achieve your goals when it comes to getting back into shape. There are so much information out there, it could make your head spin. If you stick with two-weeks and being consistent in your workout, you have a better chance of succeeding.

So, this week - promise yourself. Make one goal and achieve it. (i.e. 20 minutes on the treadmill, three times this week). Don't let anything get you off track. With that, the chest, the abs, or the obliques will follow. ;)

Is there a release form?

My personal trainer. He is an awesome looking kid - turning 20 years of age in a few months, 6" tall, blonde hair, blue eyes. He was approached by an "alleged" professional photographer at the gym, claiming that he is an agent for a modeling agency. To make the long story short, my trainer (in short of cash to say the least) was told that the photographer was looking for someone with his size, physique and look for his magazine and would pay a fee to new models who are interested. In order for his claim to be authentic, he had magazines with him to prove that he is a professional photographer showing his name on the side of the photos on the magazine. He handed his business card to my trainer and said, "keep in touch".

A couple of months later, I am told by my trainer that they had their "test photo shoot" with him wearing nothing but underwear, bikinis and all types of "weird" clothing. It was not even done in a studio, but rather - the photographer's basement. Hello!! I felt that it was kinda off for a "professional" photographer to be doing that without any written agreement with his models. I asked my trainer if he had been given any papers with the photographer's signature, guaranteeing that his pictures will not be published anywhere without consent.

My trainer, being young that he is asked me, "What's that?"

Uh-oh!

I told him to speak with his "friend photographer" and ask for documentation with a guarantee that he is not to release the photographs to anyone unless he has given him written consent. Otherwise, his picture may end up here! :D
